I Highly recommend Vanessa. When I started my journey, I had just had a baby six months prior not in great shape at all. I love the fact that Vanessa has created such an amazing work out space where women can come together, cheer each other on and get a good sweat in. On my rough days she kept me accountable and cheered me on at the same time. I truly have not met someone that genuinely cares so much about her clients the way she does. I have learned being healthy is not a diet. It's a life change decision. I definitely will not forget the meal preps that are so amazing. Hands down, best trainer I've ever had! Vanessa is so kind- I've never once felt judged or uncomfortable working with her or while in her gym. Usually 1 to 2 other ladies at the same time so it's super small groups which is what I prefer. She watches your form and makes corrections as needed. I've been able to customize a workout to my body/prior injuries and I am finally feeling comfortable in my own skin! I *love* the accountability she offers with food. I went from eating once a day to eating 3 balanced meals and actually feeling hungry. This is something I have struggled with for almost 10 years. I would recommend her x10 to anyone considering joining with her.
